Body For Life 2025

Once upon of time, I tried to blog... Here we are 15 years later, and the itch is back! JK... Not sure if I will officially blog with any routine, but I am embarking on another fitness challenge. Over the past years I have been doing monthly challenges like Whole 30, I cannot remember the last time I did a 90 day challenge that involved working out and eating. I often look back on the book that changed my life and wonder what it would be like to do the challenge again. Well here we go, 16 years later....

20min treadmill, intensity levels




Comments:

6am wake up is the new thing. With busy life events, its easy now to get up early and knock out workout ... gives me energy through the day, and great sleep at night....

Upper body Push workout at 6am


Comments:
After one day of complete rest and eating unhealthy, Back on track to start week 2.
On my day off I enjoyed Bacon, Ice cream, french fries, and pancakes.
