Day 8

Food:

Egg whites
Spinach
Homemade wheat toast with preserves


Pear salad with walnuts


subway Footlong meatball with cheese on wheat


brown rice beans and veggies




Workout:

Upper body Push workout at 6am


Comments:
After one day of complete rest and eating unhealthy, Back on track to start week 2.
On my day off I enjoyed Bacon, Ice cream, french fries, and pancakes.
