COMMENTS:
TODAY WAS A VERY BUSY DAY. I ATE A GOOD BREAKFAST. LUNCH WAS OK, THEN THE REST OF THE DAY I JUST KINDA SNACKED AND THEN HAD A NICE WORKOUT, FOLLOWED BY A BIG PROTEIN SHAKE.

I HAVE TO EAT MUCH MORE THAN THIS. REMEMBER THE PURPOSE FOR THIS IS NOT TO CUT CALORIES, I ACTUALLY DON'T CARE HOW MANY CALORIES, ITS JUST THE QUALITY OF CALORIES AS WELL AS THE WORKOUTS THAT I AM BEING CONSISTENT WITH!
